Myracle Mushroom Coffee Review: Our Honest Verdict on the British Brand
Myracle Mushroom Coffee is an instant Arabica blend with coconut milk, MCT oil and six mushrooms totalling 2,100 mg per 6 g serving, with 40 mg of caffeine per cup. At £29.99 for 30 servings (£1.00 a cup), it is joint cheapest per cup in our UK top 5, where it ranks No. 4 behind Brainstoorm, which declares more actives with half the caffeine.
Myracle in brief
Myracle Mushroom Coffee is a London brand's instant coffee made with low-acidity Arabica, coconut milk and MCT oil, with 2,100 mg of six mushrooms, L-theanine, zinc and vitamins per 6 g serving; it has 40 mg of caffeine, costs £29.99 for 30 servings (£1.00 a cup) and ranks No. 3 in our top 5.
Its strengths are simple to state. It is a real coffee with well under half the caffeine the NHS gives for a mug of instant, it is joint cheapest per cup in our top 5 with Clearly, and it names six mushroom species with a dose for each, from fruiting bodies according to the brand. UK delivery is free on orders over £15.00.
It ranks third, behind Brainstoorm and Rainbow Dust, because the numbers we score on are lower than theirs: 2,100 mg of mushrooms is the smallest amount in our top 5, the L-theanine and vitamin doses are not published, the guarantee lasts 30 days rather than 60, and the brand is young, with 72 Trustpilot reviews. It stays ahead of Clearly Not Coffee because it is a real coffee from a British brand.

Myracle says it uses only the fruiting body of each mushroom, with a dual extraction, and that its Arabica comes from the mountains of north-west Vietnam, at 1,000 to 1,500 metres. The brand describes the blend as vegan and gluten-free, with about 1 g of carbohydrate per serving and no added sugar or sweeteners. You mix one scoop into 200 ml to 250 ml of hot or cold water.
Six species is the widest spread in our top 5, but the doses are spread thin: 500 mg of lion's mane, for instance, against 1,000 mg in Brainstoorm, Spacegoods and Gold Dust. For scale, the 2023 Northumbria University trial on lion's mane used 1.8 g a day for 28 days in 41 healthy adults aged 18 to 45, with mostly null results. Our guide to lion's mane coffee compares doses brand by brand.
Does it work? No trial has tested Myracle, or any mushroom coffee as sold. Its product page describes effects for each ingredient, but none is an authorised health claim for these mushrooms in Great Britain, so we judge it on its label, caffeine and price.
The downsides. A cup costs more than plain instant coffee, the mushroom doses sit well below those used in trials, and the L-theanine and vitamin doses cannot be checked. Rare case reports also apply to two of its mushrooms: chaga is very high in oxalates, and one report linked months of heavy chaga powder use to kidney damage, while an old, small study found that reishi at 1 g three times a day reduced platelet aggregation. Myracle's doses are far lower (200 mg of chaga, 300 mg of reishi), but if you have kidney stones, take blood thinners or other regular medicines, ask your pharmacist before making it a daily habit.
How much caffeine is in Myracle? 40 mg per cup
A serving of Myracle Mushroom Coffee contains 40 mg of caffeine, according to the brand. The NHS puts a mug of instant coffee at about 100 mg and a can of cola at about 40 mg, so a cup of Myracle has roughly the caffeine of a can of cola. Myracle suggests one or two cups a day, which means 40 mg to 80 mg.
| Drink | Caffeine per cup |
|---|---|
| Clearly Not Coffee Original | 8 mg |
| Brainstoorm (choc-hazelnut) | 20 mg |
| Myracle Mushroom Coffee | 40 mg |
| Variety Mode Gold Dust Cocoa | 50 mg (added) |
| Spacegoods Rainbow Dust Coffee | 80 to 120 mg |
| Mug of instant coffee (NHS) | about 100 mg |
Brand pages read on 29 September 2026; NHS 'Foods to avoid in pregnancy', reviewed on 15 June 2026.
Myracle also adds L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea, without giving the dose. The best-known lab study on the pairing, run by Unilever in 2008, gave 27 people 50 mg of caffeine with or without 100 mg of L-theanine and measured performance on laboratory tasks at 60 and 90 minutes. It tells us nothing about a cup of Myracle, whose L-theanine content we cannot check.
If you want a coffee taste with less caffeine than a normal mug, 40 mg is a reasonable middle ground. If you want even less, our No. 1 has 20 mg per cup, and our guide to coffee alternatives lists options with almost none.
Price per cup and subscription
On 29 September 2026, a 180 g bag of 30 servings cost £29.99 as a one-off purchase on myracle.co.uk, or £1.00 a cup. Buying more bags, or subscribing, brings the price per cup down.
| Option | Price | Servings | Price per cup |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bag, one-off | £29.99 | 30 | £1.00 |
| 2 bags, one-off | £54.99 | 60 | £0.92 |
| 3 bags, one-off | £74.99 | 90 | £0.83 |
| 1 bag, subscription | £23.99 | 30 | £0.80 |
| Sachets (Coffee, Black Edition or Chocolate) | £6.99 for 7 | 7 | £1.00 |
Prices read on myracle.co.uk and in the shop's product data on 29 September 2026. Per cup = price divided by servings.
The subscription, called Subscribe & Save, delivers every one, two or three months. UK delivery is free on orders over £15.00, by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Myracle says orders placed before 1pm usually leave the same working day. First orders come with a measuring scoop and a few extras, according to the product page, and the footer has a Manage Subscription link for changing your deliveries.
A low price per cup is not the whole story, though. Per 1,000 mg of mushrooms, a one-off bag of Myracle costs about £0.48, against about £0.42 for Brainstoorm, which puts 3,000 mg in each £1.27 cup.
Who is behind Myracle?
Myracle is sold by Myracle Limited, a private company registered at Companies House under number 16154564. It was incorporated on 30 December 2024 and its registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London. Companies House lists a single director. In other words, this is a young British brand, less than two years old on 29 September 2026.
Some search results link Myracle to Healthy Yeti, another UK mushroom coffee brand; from the company records and shops we checked, they would appear to be separate businesses with separate shops.
What we could not find is where the coffee is blended and packed: the product page names Vietnam as the origin of the Arabica, but not the country of manufacture. The pouch is labelled as a food supplement.
A young company is not a reason to avoid a brand, but it does make the guarantee worth reading. Myracle's refund policy runs for 30 days from delivery, covers one-off and subscription orders, and comes with free return shipping through a prepaid Royal Mail label, which lowers the risk of a first order.
What customers say
On 29 September 2026, Myracle had 72 reviews on Trustpilot's UK site, with a score of 4.1 out of 5, and 118 reviews on its own shop. That is the smallest review base in our top 5, as you would expect from a brand launched at the end of 2024: Spacegoods had 9,716 Trustpilot reviews and Mush N Go 692.
A small base moves quickly, so a handful of new reviews can shift the score either way. Search results for Myracle also surface other brands' Trustpilot pages, so check that the profile you read is the one for myracle.co.uk.
As on every page of this site, we do not repeat what reviewers say about how the coffee made them feel. Taste, delivery and refunds are fair game; health effects are not something a review can show.

Choose Brainstoorm for the most complete formula in our top 5, with 6,225 mg of declared actives per cup, half the caffeine, the only declared dose of added fibre in our ranking and a 60-day guarantee. All five brands sit side by side on our best mushroom coffee UK ranking.

- Mushroom Chocolate, £29.99: a hot chocolate that Myracle describes as caffeine-free, with six mushrooms according to the brand and about 40 kcal per serving. The page does not give milligrams per mushroom.
