Who is responsible for your data

What data we process
You can read the whole site without giving any personal data. We have no user accounts, no newsletter and no shop, and we never ask for your name, address or payment details. If you email us, we only process your email address and your message in order to reply, and we delete them once the matter is closed.
Cookies
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we only store cookies that are not strictly necessary if you agree to them.
Necessary cookie: bmc_consent stores your choice in the cookie banner for 180 days, so the banner does not appear on every page. It only contains your choice and no personal data.
Visit statistics, only with your consent: only when you click Accept do we load Google Analytics 4, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_N94Z8VRFFX (kept for up to two years). They show, in aggregated form, which pages are read and how visitors find the site. IP addresses are not stored, and the data is deleted automatically after 14 months. Google LLC may process this data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We also count clicks on the links to the shops, without linking them to you as a person.
If you click Reject, no statistics cookies are set, and any _ga cookies already set are removed. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Links to shops
When you click an affiliate link, you go to the shop's website, which may set its own cookie to record that the order came through us. This is covered by the shop's own privacy policy, for which we are not responsible.
Legal basis
Visit statistics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Replies to emails rely on our legitimate interest in answering questions. The necessary cookie is needed to remember your choice.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing and to have it restricted. Write to hello@the-best-supplement.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
